Disputes Partner (With Portable Book of Business) – Singapore Qualified
My client is a boutique local law firm, with an association with a Chinese Law Firm, and they are currently seeking a seasoned and accomplished Dispute Resolution Partner to spearhead their practice in Singapore. As a key leader in their dispute resolution practice, you will play a pivotal role in building up the infrastructure, leading complex and high-stakes litigation and arbitration cases.
As the sole Disputes Partner in South East Asia, you will be the subject matter expert for all contentious matters across the region. They anticipate potential referral of contentious work in areas of Private Wealth, General Commercial, Investment-related disputes, amongst others from the North Asia region.
In this role, you will have the full autonomy and flexibility while running a self-sustaining practice. There will be adequate back office support, along with reasonable business development and marketing budget.
