E-Commerce Manager SGMY

Our client is a leading Consumer Electronics Company, which has embarked on growing their APAC Business.
They are looking to hire e-Commerce Manager, Singapore & Malaysia, reporting to the Business Head. This role leads an important role in driving its online presence and business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of online sales channels, including major marketplaces and brand-owned e-commerce platforms
- Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives aimed at driving traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies for Singapore/ Malaysia markets to drive online sales and brand growth
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to refine strategies
- Manage and guide e-commerce service providers to deliver against annual sales targets and operational efficiency goals
Requirements
You will possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in formal business qualifications. You will have a minimum of 6 years’ of marketing experience. You should have a strong knowledge of Singapore/ Malaysia e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and digital marketing tools, and proven track record in driving online sales and managing campaigns
