Our client, a leading technology company, is looking to appoint an Employee Relations Specialist to support their growing team. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment while addressing employee concerns and ensuring workplace harmony.
Responsibilities
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing employee relations matters, including addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on company policies and legal requirements. You will work closely with HR, business leaders, and employees to resolve disputes, promote positive work relationships, and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with employment laws, manage disciplinary processes, and contribute to developing strategies to improve overall workplace satisfaction.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with over 3 years of experience in employee relations or a similar role. You have a strong understanding of employment laws, dispute resolution, and handling sensitive employee matters with discretion. Your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional, enabling you to work effectively with various stakeholders across the company. Experience in conducting investigations and managing conflict resolution processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential.
