Enterprise Architect, Applications – Consumer Goods

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect – Applications to join the regional technology team of a market-leading consumer goods company. In this critical role, you will shape and drive the application architecture strategy across core business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will play a key part in designing scalable, integrated solutions that support the company’s digital transformation agenda across the region.

Responsibilities:
As the Enterprise Architect, your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the application architecture roadmap, aligning solutions with business needs, and ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and well-integrated. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to design solutions across CRM, ERP, and other enterprise platforms. A key focus will be leveraging Salesforce, cloud-native architectures, and API-driven integrations to enable a connected ecosystem across the enterprise. You will also contribute to the definition of architectural standards and provide guidance throughout the application lifecycle.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in enterprise or application architecture, preferably in the consumer goods, FMCG, or retail sector. A solid understanding of business processes across functions like Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain is essential. You should bring hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), and API/microservices architecture. Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership, and communication skills are critical to driving alignment and delivering enterprise-wide impact.
