EPC Counsel
We have partnered with this client in the recruitment of their legal & compliance department over the years, in tandem with their steady expansion plans. Moving into the next integral phase of their development, they are looking for an EPC Counsel to join them in the Singapore office.
You should be a Commonwealth-qualified lawyer, experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiation of EPC and construction-related agreements. You will be advising on complex transactional and project-related matters, related to development of new facilities and infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for an EPC lawyer to transit into an in-house role. In-house counsels with general corporate and some EPC-related experience are welcome to apply.
