ERM Manager/ Senior Manager, Real Estate
I am partnering with a leading real estate group with global presence to hire a Enterprise Risk Management Manager/ Senior Manager (ERM Manager/ Senior Manager) for their team.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Group Risk Management Lead, you will be responsible for the implementation/ roll out of ERM frameworks globally, and enhancing the overall ERM process. Key responsibilities include liaising with senior stakeholders across the Group to enhance risk awareness and competencies, evaluating risk tolerance, performing financial analysis, and developing KRIs. Key risk areas of focus include ESG, financial, investment, and technology risk.
Key Requirements
You have a Finance-related degree (i.e. Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, etc.) and more than 6 years of experience in ERM in any industry. Prior experience implementing/rolling out ERM frameworks is a key requirement to be considered. Candidates from direct Big 4 risk consulting teams with real estate/hospitality clientele are welcomed to apply.
