Executive Assistant and HR Admin (Investment Management)

A highly esteemed investment management firm has a new headcount within its executive administration team. This role suits an enterprising individual who takes pride in his/her work.
Responsibilities
You will be supporting a lean team of professionals, and work alongside a wider team of Executive Assistants.
On top of the expected EA duties such as complex calendar management etc, you will also handle some basic HR admin work such as work passes, onboarding and offboarding.
Requirements
At least 5 years working experience as a business support/executive assistant, with at least one role with an investment management firm. Someone who is upbeat, demonstrates confidence and has strong communication skills would be able to excel in this role.
