    Our client is an established international bank with a global foot print and they are seeking an Executive Recruiter for Private Banking (Front Office). This role is based in Singapore.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and internal stakeholders at all levels. You will develop an internal and external recruitment approach with a particular focus on diversity and source candidates through the use of job boards and social media, leveraging the company’s Employer Brand marketing.

    Requirements

    You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record with at least 10 years of recruitment experience in Private Banking.  You will be the brand ambassador for the company, with the ability to market on social media. You are commercial, strategic yet hands-on, with strong EQ and communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Candidates from executive search firms are welcome to apply.
