Finance Business Partner, Director (12 months contract)

Description

Our client is a leading financial institution with a strong presence across the region. They are looking to recruit a highly skilled Finance Business Partner, Director to support their business operations in the region.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with senior business leaders to provide financial insights for strategic decisions. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, while supporting business initiatives and ensuring cost control and budget adherence. You will monitor investment spend, justify business cases, track benefits, and ensure financial targets are met. Additionally, you’ll create executive-level results packs and analyse monthly financial results.

Requirements

Degree-qualified, you will have at least 15 years of experience in finance business partnering or FP&A within financial services. You will be skilled in analysing monthly results, creating executive-level results packs, and translating complex financial data into strategic insights for senior leadership. With a proven track record in financial strategy and driving commercial value, you possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
