Our client is of significant scale, with deep investments in technology spend. As they are keen to extract maximum ROI and achieve efficiency on resource allocations, there is an opportunity for a dedicated professional to help with deep analysis and ensuring that the spend is on track and within budget.

Role

You will be entirely responsible to engage with the relevant multiple stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor and analyse IT spend across all entities. Ensuring that the annual budget planning and tracking is robust, forecasting activities are accurate, conduct variance analysis as well as month end management reporting. Due to continued significant capex spends, you can also be expected to conduct investment appraisals in determining the build-buy scenarios, as well as determine the priority of said investments.

Requirements

Ideally, you are a seasoned finance professional with in-depth experience in managing significant OPEX/CAPEX/IT spends. You bring discipline and rigour to analysis and understand the balance to strive between short term operational needs and long-term strategic investments. Strong foundation in project management and spend analysis, coupled with strong presentation and communication skills are critical success factors for this role. Prior exposure to sizeable IT spend analysis is a key requirement of the role.
