As geopolitical tensions, evolving tariff situation and market turbulence enhance business complexities, our client is reframing the situation and are seeking to capitalize on transformation and potential opportunities. As such, there is now an exciting opportunity for a seasoned and global finance citizen, to join them in this newly created role.

Responsibilities

As a trusted business partner, you will provide strategic insights on financial, operational, and organizational issues, guiding strategic decision making towards investments and business opportunities. You bring broad based expertise in all areas of finance including financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax, risk, and investment analysis – harnessing data analytics and cutting-edge AI tools – to enhance management reporting and storytelling, that will aid in driving growth and achievement of strategic goals. Leading a robust and high-performing finance team, you have a strong bias for action and are extremely adept in driving impactful stakeholder engagement at in-country, regional and global levels.

Requirements

Ideally you should have a minimum of 15 years solid track record in a finance leadership role. Professional qualifications in the field of Finance as well as an MBA will be highly advantageous. Seasoned and mature, you bring a global mindset, international work experience and strong leadership skills to the table. A charismatic and nuanced leader, you are an extremely fluent negotiator with a natural ability to navigate through tough conversations. Demonstrated track record of achieving growth in complex and matrixed environments of significant scale, is a must for this role.
