Our client is a fast-growing organisation within the healthcare industry. Due to highly transformative agenda, there is now an opportunity for a highly adaptable and seasoned finance professional to join them in this evolving role.

Role

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will be responsible for the overall financial management and reporting function, which includes controllership, planning and reporting, business support and operations finance. You will manage a lean team and partner senior stakeholders in leading budgeting and forecasting discussions as well as business insights and trends. On a continued basis, you will also be expected to lead projects that help to improve policies and streamline processes, with the aim of achieving greater efficiencies and operating effectiveness.

Requirements

You are degree qualified, ideally in Accounting and Finance. Professional qualifications e.g. CA, CPA are pre-requisites for the role. You are a seasoned finance professional; presently prioritising meaningful work and contribution, as well as mentoring and developing young talents. You have full suite broad based finance experience and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Driven, adaptable and positive, you have a continuous learning mindset.
