Finance Director, Data Centre
An employer of choice, this leading data centre operator has announced exciting plans to expand their footprints. To support this strategic growth initiative, they are looking for a high calibre Finance Director to join their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the GM, you will provide sound financial counsel in support of strategic decision making and business performance. In this full suite role, you will also lead the financial reporting activities and champion best practices to drive operational efficiency. In addition, you work closely with the M&A team to evaluate inorganic growth opportunities, including financial modelling, financial/ commercial due diligence, deal structuring and post-acquisition value enhancement.
Requirements
Ideally, you are a seasoned Finance leader with a proven track record in managing capital intensive development projects. Prior exposure to data centre/ infrastructure/ industrial assets and hands-on expertise in project accounting would be advantageous. To succeed in this role, you will be described as an enterprising go-getter with a strategic mind and thirst for challenges.
