Finance Director, Singapore

Our client is an industry leader, respected and revered for the work that they do. Due to leadership rotation and talent movements, there is now an opportunity for an extremely seasoned Finance Director, Singapore to join their leadership team.

Role

As a strong people manager and developer, you will lead a team of seasoned professionals in managing Financial Control & Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury and Cashflow Management as well as Grants Management given the organization is a recipient of public funds. As an extension, you will also be expected to review the existing finance framework (policies, processes and controls) and enhance these where necessary, in order to remain efficient, robust and competitive.

Requirements

You are degree qualified, ideally in Accounting, Business, Finance and Commerce. MBA qualifications will be highly advantageous. Prior Big 4 Accounting firm experience is ideal and public sector experience and/or experience gained in organisations with grants management responsibilities are a must. Armed with a minimum of 18 years relevant and commercial work experience, you are a full suite finance professional, with exposures across all aspects of Finance. Demonstrated track record gained in matrixed and large-scale organisations will be favourably viewed.
