Our client is a leading professional services organisation. Due to internal talent movements and leadership renewal, there now exists an exciting opportunity for a strong finance professional to join them, based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Partnering closely with the Country GM, you will drive the day-to-day operational and financial responsibilities of this organization. This involves leading a dynamic team in ensuring the fiduciary and governance basics are maintained and adhered to. A larger component of this scope will be to partner the commercial organization in driving revenue and growth, whilst having a keen eye on profitability and keeping to compliance/governance guardrails. Efficient working capital management is also a priority in this role.

Requirements

You have a demonstrated track record achieved in professional services organisations. Operationally hands-on and strategic in mindset, you are a strong business enabler with deep analytical capabilities. You have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and can work well across cultures. Solutions oriented, you approach problems with creative thinking whilst adhering to compliance requirements.
