Description
This is a mid-sized energy trading company with an impressive asset and optimization portfolio, trading across transition fuels, power. The Company is now on the search for a Finance Lead to manage all finance, accounting and tax matters.

Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Business, the finance lead will be responsible for all aspects of financial accounting, control, reporting, financial planning & analysis, settlements. The finance lead will be the key business partner to the Trading and Commercial teams, working closely with them to drive business performance, develop performance metrics, forecasting, and business plan to support decision making.

Requirements
The successful candidate must hold a university degree in an accounting and finance discipline, with 10 years of work experience within energy trading accounting and finance. Those with end-to-end finance experience in a small to mid-sized firm will have a distinct advantage. You will also be an excellent communicator with supervisory experience and a self-starter who is able to take the initiative and work independently under pressure.
