Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining the book of the Company and developing our financial models, correlating applicable business and financial information, ensuring alignment with our business strategies/objectives, responsible for cost management and tax compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive financial models and scenarios for strategic planning and prepare quarterly forecast and annual budget.
• Develop a strong understanding of both internal and external factors such as industry trends and challenges that can affect the financial performance and able to provide insightful information to support decision-making.
• Develop effective cost control model to manage and reduce businesses’ operational and production costs.
• Oversee general ledger closing process and tax planning/compliance needs.
• Assist in preparation of quarterly management reports and annual financial reports.
• Able to analyse financial data to identify trends, perform risk assessments and provide substantive information to the management.
• Identify gaps and develop solutions/policies to improve the control processes and team efficiency.
• Support audit compliance/requirements.
• Support finance related projects and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification with minimum 5 years’ of experience in financial and management accounting.
• Minimum 3 years’ of managerial experience in semiconductor/manufacturing industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, scenario analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Hands on and highly meticulous yet keeping big picture in check.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, reporting, organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent in communicating complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and across multiple departments.
