Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO, we are looking for a dynamic Financial Analyst to identify trends, analyze financial data, perform variance analysis, and prepare reports and presentations. This role involves preparing financial performance reports and supporting regular management reviews, collaborating with finance leaders to provide insights for strategic initiatives, and ensuring accurate data collection and maintenance to facilitate data-driven decision-making. The Financial Analyst will develop and maintain financial models to simulate scenarios and assess the impact of strategic decisions, offer recommendations on forecasts and projections, and highlight risks in key areas while proposing timely strategies to the CFO. Additionally, the role requires tracking and updating the CFO on project progress, creating standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for board meetings.
Key Requirements
Candidates should hold a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications, and be a Chartered Accountant with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, possess excellent time management and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate outstanding relationship management capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and analytical skills is essential. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software is advantageous. Success in this Financial Analyst role requires resourcefulness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present complex financial information clearly. Additionally, the candidate should be detail-oriented in project management and capable of working effectively under tight deadlines.
