Financial Regulatory Lawyer – Digibank, 7-10PQE

We are recruiting a Financial Regulatory Lawyer to join the legal team at a leading digibank. This role will focus on ensuring the company remains compliant with relevant financial regulations while supporting the development of digital banking products and services.

Responsibilities:
The role involves providing legal advice on financial regulations, including banking, payments, anti-money laundering, and other routine matters. You will also advise on regulatory compliance for digital financial products and services, manage relationships with regulators, and ensure ongoing compliance with global regulatory frameworks. Additionally, staying informed of changes in financial regulations and understanding their impact on the business will be key to the role.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will hold a valid work visa in Singapore and be a qualified lawyer with extensive experience in financial regulatory law, ideally gained at a top-tier law firm, with at least 7PQE.

You should have a strong knowledge of global financial regulations and experience advising financial institutions or fintech companies on regulatory matters. The ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to non-legal stakeholders is essential.
