FP&A Manager, Retail
I am currently partnering my client, a recognizable consumer group with diversified business lines, to hire a FP&A Manager for their local retail business unit (est. turnover S$200mil).
This is an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the FP&A lead, you will be responsible for driving performance management across the business unit through financial insights gain from your analysis. Key responsibilities include managing management reporting, driving the budget and forecasting process, conducting analysis on new store openings (i.e. through DCF/ROI evaluation), ensuring compliance to internal controls and driving digitalization and automation of financial processes.
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of relevant finance experience, and a proven track record in business partnering with and/or influencing stakeholders. To succeed in this role, strong communication and stakeholder management skills are critical.
