General Counsel (Venture Capital)
My client is an established venture capital firm within the region. They invest into early-stage technology start-ups. They are now looking for a General Counsel to join the set-up. This will be a sole counsel position.
Role:
As the General Counsel of the venture capital firm, you will be involved in a full spectrum of legal work ranging from upstream fund formation, fund maintenance, to M&A activities, corporate commercial legal work, as well as day-to-day general corporate matters. You will work closely with the C-suite team and investment partners to provide counsel for all legal matters.
Requirements:
You should have at least 10PQE, with M&A and/or funds background. Ideally, you will have in-house experience. You should be able to work in a fluid environment and is driven to succeed.
