General Manager (Retail)
Description
Our client is a retail household name in Singapore with presence across the island and is the leader in it’s sector. To support expanded business ambitions, they are looking to hire a proven General Manager to head the business with full P&L responsibilities.
Responsibilities (not limited to)
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the overall business performance and expansion strategy in Singapore. You will formulate and implement plans to grow key categories to gain market share and identify right market opportunities to expand the business. You will work with strategic partners and leverage on their network to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful for this role you will come with 10+ years of experience in a retail leadership role ideally gained in FMCG/Retail/Consumer sector. You would come with proven track record in driving business outcomes and retail expansion strategies. In addition, you are good at managing multiple stakeholders and effective working in a large matrix organisation.
