    Our client is an established global professional services firm with a strong brand and is a market leader.  It is currently undergoing exciting strategic business transformation to achieve its ambitious growth targets.  There is now a rare opportunity to join its human resources division in an exciting newly created role, partnering the business leader of a key business division, based in Hong Kong.

    Responsibilities

    This is an exciting commercially focused role as strategic HR advisor partnering a C suite leader of a key Commercial division with ambitious growth plans and digital transformation on the agenda. You will be working with in-country HR and HR COE colleagues in developing and executing HR strategies to achieve business goals.  You will challenge the status quo, and “move the needle” by developing and delivering HR solutions which provide measurable results to the business. You are expected to be on top of developments and emerging trends in the industry talent landscape to deliver progressive HR solutions to the business to enable the attraction, development and retention of high performing teams, as well as a best in class workplace.

    Requirements

    You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record as strategic HR Business Partner to a Global Business Unit or Division gained in large, complex organisations, ideally in the professional services, financial services or technology sectors. You have successfully led HR initiatives or projects of scale with impact on major businesses or across divisions. Experience delivering HR solutions through M&A / post M&A integration will be advantageous. Fluency in Mandarin will essential due to significant and frequent business interactions in Greater China.  You are strategic, commercial with strong presentation, influencing and senior stakeholder management skills.
