Group Head of BCM & Resilience

This premier bank continues to grow and invest in the region. Due to internal mobility, it is looking to hire a dynamic Gorup Head of BCM and Resilience.

Responsibilities

Leading a dynamic team, you will develop, implement, manage and monitor the business continuity and resilience programs, standards and policies in ensuring effective operational resilience of all businesses within in the Group (both local & overseas). You will plan and lead resilience initiatives to raise the overall business continuity awareness and readiness to strengthen emergency response, crisis management and business resilience capabilities of the Group. You will keep abreast of development of regional regulations and laws impacting BCM and Resilience. You will conduct group-wide resilience risk assessment and develop risk-map and develop action plans towards resolution.

Requirements

You will possess at least 20 years of experience including operational risk, business continuity and operational resilience ideally gained in major banks and financial Institutions. With strong knowledge of BCM & Resilience programs, regulations and compliance requirements, you are analytical, strategic, resilient, solutions focused, independent and a strong people manager and leader.
