Group Legal Counsel (M&A)
Singapore serves as the key hub for this Fortune Global 500 company. As an investment holding company, the Group Legal team is involved in a high deal flow, working on transactions across the world.
You will serve as a senior member of the Group legal team, and interface directly with the leadership team. You will be the key point of contact for external counsels, and run point on M&A transactions, playing an integral role in structuring deals. You will also be involved in negotiating on complex contracts, managing disputes and weighing in on business expansion strategies.
