Group Legal Counsel
Singapore serves as the key hub for this investment holding company, where the Group Legal team is involved in a high deal flow, working on transactions across the world.
You will serve as an integral member of the Group legal team, and interface directly with the various business units’ leadership team. You will be the key point of contact for external counsels, and run point on M&A transactions, playing a key role in structuring deals.
This a great opportunity for practising lawyers or inhouse counsels with industry experience in the infrastructure sector, cutting across new energy, digital infrastructure (data centers), environment and renewables.
