Our client is an established leader within the pharmaceutical industry. Due to talent movements, there is now an opportunity for a seasoned FPA professional to join them in their Singapore office.

Role

Reporting to the CFO and managing a lean team of dedicated professionals, you will partner the business in identifying business opportunities through an AI enabled, analysis driven function. Leading the strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting exercises, you are expected to report and engage with the senior leadership team on matters concerning overall business strategy, meeting financial targets and providing valuable insights towards the success of the organization. Embedded in this role will be continuous process improvements and adoption of cutting-edge analytics tools to enhance the overall FPA function and resulting positive impact to the business.

Requirements

Ideally, you have a minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience, of which at least 5 years must be in an FPA leadership capacity. Prior experience in a complex and highly matrixed MNC will be highly preferred. Healthcare sector experience whilst not mandatory, will be advantageous. Strong communication as well as interpersonal skills are critical success factors in this role. Strategic and charismatic leadership coupled with an operationally hands on approach is extremely desirable.
