Head, FP&A and Business Intelligence

An employer of choice, this leading consumer organisation is renowned for their data-driven insights and progressive talent management practices. To support evolving business and consumer landscape, they are looking for a seasoned FP&A and BI leader to lead their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO and managing a group of qualified professionals, you will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Intelligence pillars for their Singapore operations. You will work closely with Commercial teams to evaluate business performance and key business drivers, and provide data-driven recommendations to drive business strategies and growth. You will stay ahead of the curve with competitive landscape analysis, including leveraging latest technologies and tools to provide real-time insights and performance dashboards.

Please note that the work arrangement will be 100% on-site.

Requirements
You are a degree qualified CA with 15+ years of experience across Financial Planning & Analysis AND Business Intelligence/ Business Analytics/ Commercial Analytics. Armed with a proven track record in data-driven decision making and insights, you are passionate about creating value and impact for the business. To succeed in this role, you will be described as driven, commercial and resourceful.
