A leading private bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Client Services to lead its client onboarding and servicing function across a sophisticated, high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client base.
Responsibilities
This is a highly visible and strategic leadership opportunity for someone who understands the demands of elite clientele and the complexity of regulatory requirements, particularly around KYC, AML, and client due diligence in a private banking context.
The successful candidate will oversee a high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional service across the entire client lifecycle-from onboarding and account opening to ongoing relationship support and operational excellence. You’ll act as a bridge between relationship managers, compliance, operations, and technology, ensuring that every client interaction meets the highest standard while remaining fully compliant with evolving global and regional regulations.
Requirements
A deep understanding of KYC requirements is critical in this role. You’ll be expected to own and continuously improve processes around client documentation, onboarding timelines, regulatory reviews, and operational risk controls. The ideal candidate will bring both a client-first mindset and a rigorous approach to managing regulatory complexity, with a proven track record of leading teams in a private banking, wealth management, or institutional client services environment.
