Head of Corporate Development (M&A)

This is a diversified real estate conglomerate with ambitious plans to expand their regional footprints. To support evolving business needs, they are looking for a seasoned M&A professional to drive and achieve their strategic growth ambition.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO, you will play a multi-faceted role spanning M&A, corporate development and corporate strategy. You will be charting the future growth of the organisation, including evaluating strategic initiatives, spearheading end-to-end transaction cycle, optimising capital structures and creating value enhancement programmes. In addition, you will be expected to build a lean team to drive business growth.

Please note that the work arrangement is 100% on-site.

Requirements

You are a seasoned M&A professional with at least 15 years of experience, ideally with initial training in a bulge bracket investment bank. You have a proven track record in Southeast Asia, including successful real estate transactions in Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand. Strong technical competence in Bloomberg is required for success in this role. A strong business partner, you will be described as agile, resilient and collaborative.
