Head of Customer Insights (Real Estate Developer)

A leading consumer-focused and top real estate developer in Hong Kong is seeking to strengthen its capabilities in data-driven customer engagement and loyalty.
Responsibilities
This role will lead the end-to-end data analytics strategy for the loyalty program, with a strong emphasis on uncovering deep customer insights to drive sales growth and retention. You will analyze customer behaviours, identify key trends, and translate data into actionable strategies for business stakeholders. Responsibilities include delivering executive-ready insights, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and applying advanced analytics and predictive modeling to enhance customer targeting and personalization. The role also oversees data governance, segmentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate data mapping and optimal use of customer data across initiatives.
Requirements
You possess a degree in a quantitative field and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in customer analytics within fast-paced industries. Strong business acumen, expertise in data visualization tools, and proficiency in SQL or Python are preferred, alongside the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
