To succeed in this role, you will need:
A proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformation projects in a complex, regulated industry (Digital Transformation like (API, RPA, Microservices, business process mapping, data platforms) . Deep expertise in application development, team management, and building high-performing teams. A strong understanding of banking products and processes. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at all levels. A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
