A leading financial institution is looking to increase their Enterprise Agility and improve the value that they offer their customers. To do so, they have identified a need to recruit senior headcount to champion and drive their Enterprise Agile Coaching practice.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a an organization that are looking for someone to help guide them on their Agile Journey and move towards a truly Product focused environment and to improved delivery performance. On the business side, you will be working alongside senior and well-established stakeholders who have been in the industry for some time and will train them on new ways of working. The management team supports the Agile agenda, and believes a strong Agile strategy is imperative to the future of the business.
The ideal candidate should have Agile coaching experience and experience in software engineering or product management, agile transformation, coaching, or managing agile teams, and proficiency in software development lifecycle and tools. Some Financial Services experience would be preferred. Technical competencies include Agile transformation, coaching, or managing agile teams, and Azure DevOps and JIRA. You are a game-changer, and enjoy challenging status quo.
