A leading Retail / FMCG company is seeking a Head of ERP (SAP) based in Singapore to oversee its SAP ecosystem and ensure technology alignment with business needs. This is a key leadership role managing its ERP systems and teams locally to support core business functions such as supply chain, finance, sales, and retail operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP systems across key business functions including supply chain, finance, retail operations, and sales.
- Oversee and support other critical corporate solutions such as HR systems, CRM, procurement platforms, and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify system requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performing technology solutions.
- Manage a local team of SAP and corporate application specialists, ensuring effective resource allocation, performance, and development.
- Ensure seamless system integration, data accuracy, and user adoption across the enterprise application landscape.
- Govern vendor relationships, project delivery, change management, and application lifecycle processes to meet service standards and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the enterprise application portfolio to support evolving business needs.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified with at least 15-18 years of IT experience, including proven leadership in SAP ERP and corporate applications within a Retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong functional knowledge of core SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FICO, WM) and hands-on experience with supporting enterprise systems such as HRIS, CRM, or procurement tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Ability to align technology solutions with business priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
