Head of Finance, APAC ex China

Our client is embarking on an exciting transformation and growth agenda for their Asia Pacific ex China region. Following talent movements and succession planning, there is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced CFO, with deep Medical Devices sector experience to join them.

Responsibilities

As part of the APAC Senior Leadership team, you will be primarily responsible for the full suite finance responsibilities for the region. This includes a significant emphasis on commercial finance business partnering, including advising on go-to-market strategies and leading channel partner negotiations, in addition to ensuring that the fiduciary and governance objectives are met. You will also be leading a team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as spearheading ad-hoc projects as driven out of Head Office.

Requirements

Ideally you should be a degree qualified CA/CPA and have between 20-25 years of relevant experience. Prior healthcare and life sciences industry experience, especially Medical Devices sector, is a non-negotiable. Whilst you have managed Asia Pacific as a region, any prior international work exposure (outside of APAC) will be advantageous. Seasoned and mature, you are a strong leader with a proven track record of strong team management.
