Our client is an industry leader seeking a seasoned finance professional, following talent movements and repatriation. There is now an exciting opportunity to join them and embark on a transformation journey as Head of Finance, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP Finance Asia, based in Singapore and as part of the senior leadership team in Indonesia, you will be responsible in providing relevant advice to aid in financial decisions as well as help steer the performance for the fast growing business in Indonesia. The role will also include corporate governance and stewardship of the finance function, controllership, strategic financial planning and analysis, internal controls and tax and treasury. On an ad-hoc basis, you can also be expected to be involved in strategic initiatives driven out of Head Office, including M&A, continuous improvement and efficiency projects etc.

Requirements

Ideally you have a degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business. Armed with a minimum of 15 years commercial work experience, you have a broad finance background. You are technically competent with a strong inclination towards commercial business partnering, whilst respecting governance and controls. Dynamic, strategic and having a deep thirst for learning, you are looking for an organisation where you are able to embark on an exciting, fulfilling and challenging career. Prior experience in a senior finance leadership capacity, managing the Indonesia market/business is a critical must-have. Returning Indonesians will also be favourably considered.
