Head of Health, Safety and Solutions (Data Centre Supply Chain)

As an emerging player in the data centre supply chain ecosystem, our client has announced ambitious plans to scale their global footprints. As they set up their headquarters in Singapore, they are looking for a seasoned Health and Safety leader to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for overseeing all health & safety initiatives, designing and enhancing solution frameworks, and spearheading the procurement and implementation of cooling and engineering technologies that meet the evolving needs of hyperscale and colocation data centre clients. Beyond the core remit, the organisation is looking to diversify into adjacent business lines. This role offers the rare opportunity to be deeply involved in shaping future offerings and influencing the long-term growth roadmap.

Requirements

Ideally, you are a seasoned professional with 15+ years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of cooling technologies, mechanical systems, or engineering procurement. Proven experience in health & safety leadership or engineering solutions within the data centre, critical infrastructure, or industrial engineering sectors would be critical for success in this role. To thrive in this role, you would be described as a hands-on, motivated individual who is comfortable operating in a startup environment and passionate about new businesses.
