Our client is a highly regarded progressive organisation known for its strong focus on innovation. To support its growth and transformation agenda, there is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic Digital / Tech focused HR Business Partnering leader to join them and play a key role in enabling its strategic transformation.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the CHRO, this is an exciting role leading a team of HR Business Partners where you will lead and drive the HR Business Partnering agenda for the organisation. You and your team will partner senior leaders, working with HR COE colleagues in developing and executing HR strategies with a focus in driving performance, capability building and employee engagement. You will “move the needle” by developing and delivering commercially focused and people centric HR solutions which provide measurable results to the business. You are expected to be on top of developments and emerging trends in the industry talent landscape to deliver progressive HR solutions to the business to enable the attraction, development and retention of high performing teams, as well as a best in class workplace.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in HR Business Partnering Lead roles successfully supporting business growth and transformations in large complex organisations with strong Digital / Technology focus. You will have developed best-in-class HR Business Partnering teams, and successfully led HR initiatives or projects of scale with impact on major businesses or across divisions. You have a genuine interest in people, humility, high EQ, as well as strong stakeholder management, influencing and change management skills.
