      Our client is a renowned FMCG brand with a strong presence in APAC. Reporting to the GM of Malaysia with a dotted reporting to the HR Director, APAC, you will lead the full spectrum of the Human Resources function and drive strategic initiatives that align with its business objectives.

      Responsibilities
      The Head of HR, Malaysia will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement. This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and foster a high-performance culture. A key focus will be on driving organizational development initiatives, strengthening talent pipelines, and ensuring effective succession planning. The incumbent will also play a crucial role in enhancing employer branding, fostering a positive workplace environment, and implementing HR policies that align with global best practices while catering to local market needs.

      Requirements
      The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of HR experience, with a strong background in the retail or service-related sectors. Proven expertise in managing HR functions at a strategic level with a hands-on approach to execution is essential. The ability to navigate a dynamic business environment, influence key stakeholders, and drive transformation initiatives is critical. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of talent development and organizational effectiveness, are key to success in this role. Prior experience working within a multinational corporation, with exposure to regional HR management, will be advantageous.
