    Our client is a leading renowned healthcare organization with an established APAC presence. There is now an opportunity for a Head of HRIS to lead the regional team.  You are responsible for providing leadership around the oversight, integrity and administration of HR Systems that enable the company’s people strategy in the Asia-Pacific region. You will work closely with the in-country regional team members and be the primary interface with IT and Global HR to evaluate and deploy modules within the systems that meet local and global requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an HR Dashboard and regularly report on key HR metrics for the organization including Headcount, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Safety, Training and Talent.  

    Support the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, in particular the above Workday modules, and provide day to day support to users on all matters relating to the system. Drive HR reporting through analysis of data to identify trends (e.g. through Human Capital Report, attrition rate etc.) for manpower insights and timely intervention strategies. Prior experience in implementations of HRIS cloud systems with at least 5 years of Project Management experience will be preferred.  Track record of Workday implementation is highly desired.
