Head of Human Resources – Payment Technology

This is a premier payment technology company continues to invest for growth and future of work initiatives. It is looking to recruit a dynamic Head of Human Resources, Singapore.
Responsibilities
Reporting to CEO, you will develop people strategy in transforming the organisation to be more agile and competitive through its adoption of emerging technology, digital and analytics capabilities. You will develop and implement progressive HR programs (including upskilling, reskilling and cultural change) to achieve “work of the future”, develop an agile culture, meet business priorities and brand the organisation as the “employer of choice”. Leading and developing a high performing HR team, you will contribute to the organisation’s strategic thinking and direction through close business engagement and partnership. You will comply with local regulatory requirements and standards, adopt progressive HR practices, and drive organizational transformation programs.
Requirements
With a proven track record in driving organisation development and change management, you possess at least 15 – 20 years of HR experience including several years in a leadership capacity gained in a progressive, dynamic and agile environment. You are driven, client-centric, progressive, credible, strategic a strong change agent. Experience in broad industries, ideally including financial services and technology, is preferred.
