Head of IT, Singapore

A Leading Asian Financial institution, with a lean set up in Singapore, is recruiting for a Singapore Head of IT to lead IT transformation and provide seamless, consistent delivery technology services to business.

Responsibilities

Overall accountable for day to day operations, performance and availability of a defined application and infrastructure set, continuous seek areas to improve to better serve the business. Responsible for the information security strategy and controls, and ensures all Singapore IT programs are aligned with regulatory requirements. Develop strategic relationships with business unit to ensure client satisfaction and foster close partnership across Group, region and country IT. Manage and develop talent to best support application and infrastructure requests and support requirements. You will also work in partnership with our service delivery partners to ensure the required level of service are delivered.

Requirements

You are a season, hands on IT leader with over 15 years of technology leadership experience. Experience working in a matrix organisation with ability to work collaboratively and effectively with business, technology and vendor team to ensure delivery. You should have deep regulatory knowledge with strong vendor management skills, with up to date knowledge of current technology trends, tools and methods. A problem solver with excellent interpersonal / negotiation and communication skills.
