Head of IT

We are looking for an experience Head of IT for a leading European financial institution. This is a APAC leadership position where you will be responsible for directing, building, maintaining and controlling an effective Information Technology architecture, to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations.

Responsibilities

You should have extensive experience working in Financial institution, assuming technology leadership role.  You are expected to evaluate the current technology landscape and develop the IT Master plan to support the long term business plans and objectives of the company. Constantly engage with senior stakeholder and lead the Technology team to deliver a resilient and robust IT System that meet the company current and future needs. You have over 20 years of commercial IT experience, ideally with more than 5 years working in a senior IT/business role. Experience in setting enterprise wide IT strategy for delivery of an integrated IT Infrastructure across business.

Requirements

You have the ability to understand, integrate and assess information relating to strategic, operational and technological issues and opportunities. Demonstrate technology expertise and business knowledge, and a high degree of commercial acumen and strong sense of accountability. Corporate and Commerical banking experience is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal/negotiation/diplomacy, and communication skills.
