Head of Legal
We are partnering with an independent corporate entity in the community care sector, to recruit for a Head of Legal.
In this role, you will oversee an existing legal team, and serve as the key point of contact for all legal matters. This can range from reviewing and negotiating on vendor & partnership agreements, licensing agreements to advising on data privacy and employment issues. Also serving as the Company Secretary, with assistance from your corporate secretarial staff, you should possess the gravitas to interface with the company’s Board of Directors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a head of legal to move into a role, where one can give back to society. You will work with like-minded individuals, who mostly hail from the private sector, and are committed to the cause, and have come together to share best practices from their earlier careers.
This is also a rare platform for a mid-senior level counsel, keen to take on a leadership role.
