Head of Legal, Private Equity
Kerry Consulting is working closely with an Asia focused private equity firm. They are currently looking to hire a Head of Legal to join their highly dynamic team and this is a great opportunity for a seasoned Merger & Acquisition (M&A) lawyer to join a high performing team.
Responsibilities
As the Head of Legal for the organization, you will take a hands-on approach in negotiating all investment related agreements and partner closely with external law firm to ensure a smooth transaction for the organization. You will work closely with the Chief Investment Officers to help idenfity opportunities and ensure that any potential legal issues are highlighted and commercial interest are align with all parties.
You will also take the lead in providing legal advice on the structuring of any new funds that the firm wishes to launch.
Requirements
You should have more than 12 years PQE and have good M&A transactional experience. You should also ideally have worked in a private equity firm. Candidates who are currently in private practice and have experience in assisting on M&A transactions for PE clients are also welcome to apply.
