Head of Marketing

Description

This premier payment technology financial institution continues to grow across new business verticals. It is now recruiting for a progressive and commercially oriented Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

Reporting to Group CEO, you will develop and implement business-aligned, data-driven and customer-centric marketing strategies to support business growth in a highly competitive digital and fin-tech landscape. You will work in partnership with the business to develop brand positioning and value propositions. You will adopt digital marketing channels for demand generation and user acquisition. You will support a multi-platform communications strategy and plan. You will create a dynamic and fully integrated suite of communications materials and content development across channels and social media.

Requirements

Degree qualified, you will have a proven track record in marketing and communications including digital marketing. Experience in payments, financial services, consumer internet, FMCG and / or financial technology is preferred but not a must. You are passionate, innovative, self-starter, entrepreneurial, hands-on, a strong people-manager, highly respected leader and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
