Head of Operations (Hospitality)

Responsibilities
You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and have oversight of all head of functions. You will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the company’s operations. This includes driving efficiency, enhancing guest experiences, and ensuring financial and operational excellence. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to execute the company’s vision, expand market presence, and deliver sustainable growth in a competitive hospitality landscape.
Requirements
You possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel management or operations. Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role would be highly regarded. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders. To excel in this position, you should be independent, open minded, collaborative, demonstrate a proactive attitude.
