Head of Project Controlling, Real Estate

An employer of choice, this leading real estate organisation has announced exciting plans to expand their development footprints. To support this growth initiative, they are looking for a seasoned Project Controller to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO, you will spearhead the Project Controlling and Project Costing activities, including active oversight of development budget, cost expenditure and cashflow projection. In addition, you will work closely with the Project teams to evaluate project tenders, progress and payment schedules.

Please note that the work arrangement is 100% on-site.

Requirements
Ideally, you are a seasoned Project Controlling/ Project Costing leader with 15+ years of experience in managing capital intensive development projects. Prior exposure to real assets and hands-on expertise in project accounting would be advantageous. To succeed in this role, you will be described as a commercial business partner with a strong eye for details and thirst for challenges.
