Head of Real Estate Investment

A leading PERE firm, with exciting plans to expand their global footprints, is looking for a seasoned Real Estate Investment leader to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

An integral member of the team, you will lead the Investment and Asset Management strategies and initiatives for their Real Estate portfolio. You will be actively involved in their investment mandates and lead the end-to-end transaction cycles across multiple asset classes, including commercial, retail, hospitality etc. In addition, you will formulate and execute asset management strategies to realise asset value and optimise returns for the business.

Requirements

Ideally, you have at least 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a PERE firm specialising in investment. You have a proven track record in real estate transactions in multiple asset classes across Asia Pacific. Prior exposure to multiple asset classes would be highly valued. Armed with an entrepreneurial mind set, you demonstrate strong agility and appetite for challenges.
