Our client is an established high performing financial institution with an international business portfolio. To support its continued growth and business transformation, it is seeking to appoint a dynamic Rewards Head to play a key role in augmenting the group’s Human Resource capabilities.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the CHRO, this is an exciting newly created role where you will lead the company’s Rewards (Compensation and Benefits, including Executive Compensation) and HR Services functions. You will develop and implement strategic compensation programs which are market relevant to support the company’s growth agenda as well as a communications strategy for compensation, benefits and performance philosophy to establish the firm as an employer of choice. You will also work with your team and external service providers to ensure a high level of HR service delivery, while driving continuous operational excellence and proactively exploring the adoption of best-in-class practices.
Requirements
You are a degree qualified with demonstrated track record in leading Rewards / Compensation & Benefits, including Executive Compensation, gained in major banks or financial institutions with significant focus in front office functions e.g. corporate & investment banking, global markets, private banking, investment management etc. You have in-house and ideally in leading rewards consulting firms, with strong conceptualisation / design capabilities. You are highly numerate, commercial, hands on, with strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
